Nottinghamshire Families Information Service (FIS) provides information about local services, support, publications and activities, including childcare for parents and carers of children and young people up to the age of 20 years.

LOCAL AUTHORITY SERVICES:
EDUCATION WELFARE SERVICE - The Schools Education Welfare Officer interviews parents/carers, students and makes home visits, if necessary.
EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY SERVICE - The Educational Psychologist makes regular visits to talk with teachers, students and parents/carers.
CHILD HEALTH SERVICE - The School Nurse is available to help sick and injured students. There are also staff trained in First Aid always on hand.
EDUCATION LIBRARY SERVICE - Support for the School Librarian and Teachers, and a loan system for the school library.
CAREERS SERVICE - The school has designated Personal Advisers from the Connexions Service who provide Careers Advice on a group and individual basis.
