The Kimberley School General Information:
- We have a card system at school and so
DO NOT take cash at the tills.
- Each student has, or can have, an account.
- An account is accessed using a dinner card.
- Information held on the account is as follows:
- NAME
- TUTOR GROUP
- UNIQUE REFERENCE NUMBER
- DETAILS OF TRANSACTIONS
- DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPH
- Students can credit their accounts using 'Revaluer' machines. These machines take COINS ONLY. Please DO NOT send your child to school with bank notes for their lunch.
- Alternatively you can send in a cheque made payable to: Notts County Council.
- CHEQUES should have your child's NAME on the back and be placed in an ENVELOPE and posted into the COLLECTION BOX in the dining hall BY 10.00am.
- 'FREE MEAL' entitlement is credited automatically.
