Frere Jacques Keyboard music

Learn about the notes on the keyboard and reading notation.
Perform simple pieces of music using the keyboard.
Apply knowledge of keyboard skills through performance.
Transpose a simple melody without the aid of notation

    Where possible use the internet and tablets for keyboard practise of simple music.
    Encourage the uptake of a musical instrument.
    Take them to concerts festivals and other local events.
    Take an interest in their music and give them lots of praise and encouragement.
    Help them with homework that requires access to ICT.
