Sixth Form Induction

The Virtual Sixth Form Induction Days took place on the 6th and 7th July.   Students had the opportunity to watch video presentations and lessons and were also able to take part in live question and answer sessions with staff.

If you missed any of the presentations or were unable to access the Virtual Induction Days then we have collated all of the resources on this page for you to access.

The first video is the introduction to Kimberley Sixth Form from Mrs Livings.  Underneath this you will find Taster Lessons from each of the subject areas.   These lessons are designed to last for an hour and will help you understand more about the course and how to prepare for September.  In each of the lessons teachers set an activity for students to complete over the summer.

We can't wait to welcome you into the Sixth Form in September.  Remember that you can access all the information about Returning to School, GCSE Results' Days and the new Sixth Form Centre by following these links.  You are still able to access the Autumn Term "Step up to Sixth Form" activities.

If you would like to view the question and answer sessions that took place; or need to access any of the resources for the subject taster lessons or summer activities then you can do so on Microsoft Teams - instructions on how to do this are set out at the end of this page.
